Happy Thanksgiving!

This year has been a great year and I have soooo much to be grateful for. We had a great Thanksgiving at my parents house and it was of course fabulous. My mom did an amazing job with the food (as always), I don't know how she does it. Of course there is the annual family flag football game (which I love so much, not really I dread it every year) but it was fun. It did get a little heated this year (work dad came out which we don't see very often) but turned out well, I think my team won! Here are some pics from the big game.

The big line up.

I never realized how "handsy" flag football could get. Good times!
My 80+ year-old grandpa plays!! He usually just cheats. He did take a good hit this year and scared me to death though.
I think we had more fun posing for the camera.
Carson was a natural!

We even deep fried the turkey this year. So good!!

Blog Catch Up

So I think I am the worst blogger of all time. Oh well I never said I would be good at this. Since it's been over a month I thought I would just do a quick run down of the goings on in my life.

First my cute nephew Carson turned 3 years old and all he wanted to do was see High School Musical 3. So you better believe we were there opening day. Can I just say that I love Zac Effron!! I want to marry him so he can sing and dance for me all day long.

Then I had the opportunity to do some sealings with my family the other day at the Timpanogos temple. What a wonderful experience to be there with my Dad, brother and sisters. (I told my brother as I knelt across the altar from him that this might be the closet thing I get to marriage! Thanks Mike for the good times).

It was kind of cool last month we were able to bless my nephew Brody at my parents house. So fun to have all the friends and family over. We had such good food, I think I made almost 50 bundt cakes.

Of course there was Halloween. I love that my family gets so into dressing up for Halloween. This year we decided to go as characters from Star Wars. My nephews have been obsessed with the movies so they were way excited. My favorite was my mom, she actually bought real cinnamon rolls to put in her hair for Princess Leia, love it. We always go to my aunts house for a big party. All of my cousisn, aunts and uncles, end even my grandparents get all dressed up and of course there are donuts on a string (it doesn't get much better than that!)

And finally I just got back from an amazing trip to Vienna and Prague. My sister Molly and I and my parents got the opportunity to spend 4 days in Vienna and 4 days in Prague. We had a blast. We were able to see beautiful castles, churches, bridges, amazing country side, go to a Mozart concert, stay in really nice hotels, learn the history of these cities, ride the subways, eat amazing food (the brats are wonderful), and of course shop!! There is just something about the clothes in Europe that just can't resist, I bought 3 coats, some sweaters, scarves, and shirts. I would be broke if I lived there.

So there is the readers digest version of the past month. Now I am getting excited for Christmas. I have already spent a small fortune on decorations getting ready for the annual Zarbock Christmas Open house. Hope to see you there!
